机加工车间专用保洁车
图纸描述
本设备采用滚筒—磁铁条清扫机构，配合滴水装置在链传动的带动下工作。采用ZBD-04直流电动机配合L293D芯片减速驱动小车四驱动前行工作。该保洁车在单片机的控制下利用超声波模块实现了自动避障功能。利用链传动带动滚刷连续转动再配合滴水装置和磁铁条实现了垃圾分类清理。底盘尾部安装了刮板拖地机构，当小车工作时能实现先清扫后拖地的效果。
